Tennis Apparel Requirements? ?

Is there a rule prohibiting girls to wear pants in an official match, instead of skirts, shorts, or skorts?

I have never seen a rule about it. Some of the women in my leagues
wear pants during matches in the winter time, since we’re playing
on unheated courts, indoors. It can be really cold out there!
